Cactus tacos. Just give them a try. The food is absolutely delicious and of high quality. The service is consistently prompt and personable, making the experience even better. The menu is fun and unique, offering a variety of choices. There are plenty of familiar Mexican dishes for those who prefer a safer selection, so everyone can find something to enjoy. However, there are also enough intriguing options to encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and experiment. And yes, they can put cactus in a taco, which surprisingly turns out to be quite tasty.
UPDATE: I recently returned to Hacienda and learned that the owner is aware of some negative reviews that have been posted. After hearing the owner's perspective on a few of these experiences, it’s clear that some reviewers may have their own biases when it comes to what they consider "good" Mexican food. This restaurant offers genuine culinary experiences. Admittedly, there may be times when service is lacking, but the quality of the food always earns a solid five stars, making the wait worthwhile.
We normally don't stray from our go to Mexican restaurant but saw them listed in an article about the best Mexican restaurants in the area so we decided to try them. So glad we did!! Even though their online menu is different than the actual menu (we went to get the calamari in brown sauce but not on the menu) we tried the camarones al ajillo and was incredible! The rest of dinner was very good also. For desert we split the bunuelo and it rocked! The service was really good. Can't wait to go back.
At the moment you come to this place they give you an excellent feeling. Very friendly crew, it's a nice restaurant to go with friends or with your date. tasty food, specialized chef, competitive costs and courteous service. Very recommended.
