I started a new job in the area and was looking for a new go-to spot for great food. I found this place on Yelp and now I eat there 2-3x/week. I have been trying new things from the Daily Specials menu and I have been pleasantly surprised at the how awesome all of their dishes are. I have not been let down yet! I came early one time before the lunch rush and got to chat with one of the owners. She educated me on a bunch of different menu items and the history of the deli. I 've had everything with pasta and loved them all. The lemon chicken piccata is wow! I 'm mowing through a half of the Guido Torpedo and saving the other half for tomorrow. Hacienda meats is a go-to, local, while in the wall place for your Italian meats, sandwiches, and quick meal. I love their meatball sandwich, it's a must whenever I go.I love their macaroni and potato salads as well. Service is typically quick and I love watching them make my sandwich right behind the counter!I have yet to buy cuts of meat but the butcher shop is right at the entrance and need to try a steak or prime rib. Casual dining if you wanna eat in or really good for taking out and bringing to a picnic!
Hacienda Village Meats, or HVM, is the best spot to grab a torpedo or grinder sandwich. While their prices may be a bit higher than Subway and Jersey Mike's, they offer a fantastic selection of Italian meats and cheeses. I really appreciate supporting local family-owned businesses in our community. Plus, don’t miss out on their spaghetti and meatball specials on Fridays! Skip the hot dogs—these are truly the best meats in town, no question about it. Keep up the great work, HVM!
This butcher shop comes with a Deli that serves authentic Italian food and meals. It's like a cafeteria with seats, so don't expect the service as you have in a sit-down restaurant. We ordered meatballs spaghetti and hot chicken sandwich. The meatballs tasted great and flavorful. Chicken sandwich was okay, and I liked the sauce in it which makes the chicken a little spicy and juicy. There are also some other Italian groceries and snacks and sweets in the store. We'll come back.
The staff at this deli is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the store is spotless. The macaroni, pasta, and potato salad are delicious! I look forward to returning for those sides and any other meat or side dishes I might need. It's fantastic to have a dependable local deli!
