I purchased a selection of pastries from Isgro's, and they were fantastic, as usual. We also picked up some prepared foods, and everything was delicious! However, I must mention that the vegan chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt were excessively salty, overpowering the other flavors. Additionally, the lemon cookies were quite dry and could have used a bit of icing. On the bright side, the other cookies were excellent! I would definitely come back again.
Like many others, I'm disappointed the sandwiches no longer come with chips and a pickle, regardless of the new larger sandwiches. 30 dollars for 2 (albeit, better tasting than your average Wawa run) sandwiches with no sides. Grocery and other pre prepared meal options are still good even if they can be a bit pricey as well. The staff however are always incredible.
Thank god I walked into this establishment! I was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of gluten free items in the store but right as I was getting ready to leave I glanced at the bakery and saw a gluten free brownie and donut. Both items were AMAZING! You wouldn’t even know they are gluten free. I will be a forever customer here. Thank you!

Everything I've ever gotten from here has been so good. The sandwiches are great. I recently had this brisket sandwich at the May Fair and it was incredible. The staff and the owners are always so nice and helpful. The owners are always around working hard and you can tell they really care about the place.
I find that all the prepared foods are very good. My experience here has been fairly good so far until today. I bought some fish, which I usually do not buy and I will not buy it again. My first bad experience was today. I had to throw out $21 worth of Cod Fish.
We stopped here for first Friday food (outdoors) but the shop is also a great find. Definitely worth stopping in to see what's in stock for your needs. They have cooked and ready to be cooked meals.
Love the pastries and bakery goodies at this shop! Everything is always so fresh. The store is very well kept and the staff is friendly and helpful.
