Lovely ice cream and crepe. However, as I walked in the two young lads stood laughing and constantly turning around to giggle at us for deciding what we wanted. We then waited in the queue and they found it hilarious to serve the people behind us fiest so I asked if I could order as no one has asked me yet, he said ‘I was waiting for you to stop looking at the board’. Honestly disgraceful, two boys laughing at us two girls making us feeling so awkward. Grow up boys or separate and stop giggling at your customers. I was so close to walking out. I think this situation needs to be sorted and CCTV should be checked by the manager to show how bad this really was. Apart from that lovely ice cream...

The staff looks very tired, some of them seem to not know what they're doing and one of the managers of the store (apparrently) named Shonia or Sofia I think, treats the team SO BAD... one of them was violently grabbed by the arm while making my coffee just because he was struggling. A lot of discussion... UNACCEPTABLE! I've been a costumer every year since 2017 when I come to the Algarve with my family and this never happened before... Horrible environment.

Para mim os melhores gelados do mundo, super saborosos , originais e em quantidades bastante generosas. O strawberry cheese cake é top top ! Aconselho a todos.

Located right in the centre of the marina. Nice seating areas both sides of the promenade. Good selection of treats.

Visited in early October, was nice and quiet. Not the best views of the marina but good ice creams and desserts.
