During our visits to Quiberon we stop each time in the shop of Thierry Hafnaoui. For years we have tasted a lot of things: biscuits, macarons, chocolates and of course pastries, bread and Breton specialties. Recently various cakes see photo) with correct prices for this quality, a plum fare sold 15€ per kilo if I remember correctly) a little too beurred it sucked below) and a kouign-aman in baguette whose name I forgot) very good too. I didn't try the Breton cake that made me feel like it was caramel. All products are of a good level. The staff is friendly. Although other addresses are suitable for us in the surrounding area, Hafnaoui has several shops between Lorient and Quiberon.
Difficile de trouver un bon boulanger sur la presqu’île, mais ça , c'était avant ! Avant que Mr Hafnaoui prenne ses quartiers à Quiberon. Il m'est enfin possible de savourer un vrai bon pain à la croûte croustillante, à la mie aérée et fondante. Moi qui pensais que les seuls vrais bons pains ne pouvaient être que de paname ! Le pire est que non content de savoir offrir ces pains gouteux et croustillants, ce monsieur est également capable de proposer des desserts de toute beauté et de grande saveur. Je dis chapeau et bravo Monsieur !

des la commande pour le 31 décembre, on nous annonce ( à Kervignac) que telle ou telle buche n'est plus disponible dans le stock or on est seulement le 29ce qui veut dire que tout est congelé avant Noel...Du coup buche assez insipide, biscuit sans aucun croustillantvu le prix TRÈS DÉÇU
Pain à manger le jour même sinon biscotte ....Gâteaux bons et revisités par le pâtissier....Service en basse saison ok En saison touristique pas de choix ou il faut attendre la livraison donc bien souvent ...revenir après 10 heures Personnel en saison médiocre (saisonniers?)
