Hagenauerstuben - Reservar una mesa

We arrived a little late for lunch. Even so, we had a warm welcome from the staff there. Sat outside under a sun shade. Restaurant is situated facing bustling markets in a tourist retail centre of Salzburg. Such a buzz of activity. Really well prepared...food, excellent service, terrific atmosphere and really an oasis of calm in the middle of an area full of tourist frenzy. We were very happy here.

This restaurant is located in the building that is Mozart's birth house. A lovely outdoor seating area is located in back, right in the city square. Beer is great, prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

This was our favorite restaurant in Salzburg. I had the mushroom ravioli and my husband had the fettuccine with spinach dish. Both were outstanding and the portions were just right!

Bad service, rude staff. Been there couple of times but it’s much worse than it was years ago before the owner changed. Stay away!

We only had a light lunch. Both soups (tomato and griesnockerlsuppe) were very good. The salad was very fresh.
