My boyfriend and I absolutely adore this restaurant — it has become our go-to dinner spot every month! Hotpot is such a cozy meal, and each time we visit, it hits the mark perfectly. We've dined here so often that the host now recognizes us! On average, we spend around £100–£120 for two, and it’s always worth it. The quality and variety of the food, along with the entire experience, make each visit feel special. I'm also thrilled to see that they've introduced more options to redeem with points! We dined at Haidilao Hot Pot for an early dinner special. Upon arrival, we were promptly welcomed at the reception and shown to our table. Since it wasn't very busy, we had some flexibility in choosing our seating, which was a nice touch. The early dinner menu has limited options, but I found it quite satisfying. I absolutely loved the tomato soup and spare ribs! The service was generally good, though the rice dish we ordered arrived cold, and a few items we requested didn't make it to our table. We had a fantastic experience at Haidilao, largely thanks to Jingyuan! She was incredibly warm and attentive right from the start, ensuring we had everything we needed without us having to request anything. Additionally, she engaged us in conversations about topics that genuinely interested us, which made the dinner much more enjoyable and personal. It truly felt like being looked after by a friend.
