I visited this restaurant in mid-2021, during the early stages of the pandemic when people were starting to feel comfortable going out again. I'm not sure if things have changed since then. I dined there on a weekday evening, and they were only offering indoor seating, which I preferred, so it worked out well for me. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, enhanced by live music, which I really enjoyed. However, I did find the music a bit too loud, making it somewhat difficult to hold conversations. With a lunchtime crowd enjoying a somewhat offkey Beatles cover guitarist, Hailey 's seems popular with the locals. Requesting a booth and being told it was reserved for a party of five, despite the second booth having a party of three, the first booth had a party of three when we were leaving. During that time, we learned that the menu 's amazing fries were actually generic Frozen and bland but very salty. Cheese steak sandwich was passable but not prepared to order. Had a great time here but not necessarily thanks to Hailey's Harp Pub itself. There was live music, which was really cool, and the stew and fish chips were pretty nice (although the stew was not very hot and for some reason included a piece of bread that was baked so hard it turned into a giant crouton). Soups were very good! But whatever you do, do not order the eggplant tower (see attached photo). It was three heated-up ready made pieces of fried eggplant on a bed of old, sad lettuce with cold slabs of mozzarella and tomato in between. The mozzarella was for some reason square? Don't get the eggplant tower!!!
