OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE at Hair in Norfolk 's downtown district, but the eatery is embracing some very undesirable new trends in hospitality... 1) They automatically add a 3.25% credit card fee to your bill. GRRR... 2) 18% gratuity is included in the bill: This would be fine if it was made clear at any point during the experience. There is no note on the table and servers do not disclose this essential detail. 3) This is a new one: I paid cash to avoid the annoying credit card fee, and my server brought back change to the nearest dollar. Except it was NOT to the nearest dollar... My total was $18.04, and I was given change equating $19, with the server not deleting the CC fee! Uh, seriously...

While the quality of the food was decent, I noticed that the fries seemed to have been sitting for at least 7 minutes while my sandwich was prepared, resulting in soggy and warm fries that lacked freshness. Additionally, I found some burnt chunks of chicken strip breading mixed in with the fries, suggesting that they didn't properly clean the fryer before cooking. The buffalo chicken sandwich was tasty, but I was disappointed by the small portion of chicken for a price of $14. Moreover, the buns were over-toasted and burnt on the grill. On a positive note, the server was very friendly and attentive. I would recommend improving the training and attention given to those working on the fryer...

We eat here basically weekly and really enjoy it. Emily Sydney at the bar make GREAT mason jar **** Mary’s (spicy if you want). I always enjoy the pleasure point Benedict. I love having a vegetarian Benedict on the menu and this one is GREAT. Order the potatoes as your side and that’s my go to.I like this place because it opens early and also has space for large groups if needed.

We are on vacation and found this little spot down the street from the hotel. We ordered a variety of things. $2 mimosas ooo heck yea! The Benedict sampler was great because it gave us a sample of all the Benedicts. The pancakes were the best thing we tasted I think. Lots of specials here at this place that is worth the try. Sydney seems to be encouraging us to leave a positive review because she’s competing with her fellow waitstaff, and apparently, each five-star review with her name attached earns her a $50 bonus. That might explain the abundance of glowing reviews! Despite that, the restaurant itself is quite lovely. Food: 5/5.

Food was delicious. The chef even spoke to us on our trip here. I wanted to try the mimosa flights but the drink menu doesn’t have the prices. Hostess was ok but she could’ve been a bit more friendly. Our waiter was amazing! I’d request him again next time!Food: 5/5

This restaurant is fantastic with some great food! I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough pancakes, and they were incredibly rich yet absolutely delicious. The atmosphere has a unique Norfolk charm, and we will definitely be returning. Food rating: 5/5.

drinks shouldn't be better than your food unless your date is ugly and you're trying to forget their face. These folks gotta two because the potatoes were good besides that expect a long wait for nothing. Nice inside if you into that as well Reserva una mesa ahora

Intetesting place with some cool drink options and flights not on menu's elsewhere, some good stuff to eat for breakfast..a eggs benefict fligjt as well. This place stands out from normal breakfast restaurants, enjoyed it.

Made a reservation for 830pm, but they stop cooking at 845. So didn't get to order.The restaurant was empty tables dirty. If you are going take reservations make sure thr symptom is set up correctly.
