First time at Hakan's and it will not be my last. Smashed avo with a Middle Eastern touch get the taste buds crying with joy.A thin, crunch slice of sourdough toast kept my carb counting ways happy. Between the toast and the avo was a spread of black olive tapenade, mmmmmm. Some crumbly Turkish cheese on the side, black olives and cherry tomatoes with a perfectly poached egg on the top. Finished off with a drizzle of olive oil.So good.And the price of this tasty treat? $13! For Manly that is great value.Coffee? Tick.Service? Friendly and quick.I will be back for sure.
What a fabulous find recommended by a best buddie as his nephew is one of the chefs. Went for a early breakfast and was I impressed. Service is outstanding you want for nothing, the coffee well the second cup was ordered in a nanosecond yes it is good, and the food is just delicious. One of those menus you will want to start at the top and try every dish. The background music is great and did I mention the service .......

A vibrant comfortable and family friendly cafe with fantastic modern food with a hint of Istanbul. And you really can't forget Hakans personally stylised coffee. The best in manly by far. You'll want to be part of this amazing atmosphere daily. There is also Turkish merchandise for sale from hand made rugs and cushions to olive oil soaps.An absolute joy

A place to watch the passing parade of locals coming back from the beach while enjoying the biggest breakfast plate in Manly. The Sultan's big breakfast has everything and more with fruit as well as toast, egg, avo etc etc and jam and tahini . The coffee is great and the wait staff friendly. Try it but go early as it shuts on Sunday around 1pm.
People had told me about this place a few times and when I finally made it there I wasn't disappointed! Hakan is the most incredibly warm and kind host. The food is excellent and the winter sun just streams on in there... both times I've been there I've been the last to leave! Hopefully, they'll start opening for lunch also.
Really great breakfast menu with unusual Turkish touches. I had the smashed avocado with an egg. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, a regular cat. Off the main tourist track so full of locals. I'll be back.
After a 3km Swim this was just was needed - the variety of the nourishing and filling Sultan's Big Breakfast plus a skinny cap!! Great to sit outdoors and enjoy the passing scene. Definitely will return!

Visited Hakan's for the first time. Best coffee and breakfast in manly - the Turkish breakfasts take me back to time spent traveling in Turkey.. we will be back...
Fantastic cafe with excellent coffee and service every morning. We made this a regular stopping point during our break in Manly. Popular with the locals.
