I came to dinner in this restaurant with my sister during a short stay in Paris and I was very disappointed. The reason for my disappointment is that the card is very little provided. I wanted to taste the gyoza, so I ordered 5 pork and 5 pears (viand and pears) they were really excellent. for the taste, I have nothing to say, they're the best I've ever eaten. to accompany them and as it was very hot, I also wanted to order a salad. The problem is that the card doesn't contain salads. You have a choice of gyoza, ramen or some dishes with rice. My sister had taken pork with rice and she found the dish good but not transcend either. As with heat, I wasn't very, very hungry and I didn't want to...

a small restaurant room and an entrance door that lets the cold cool of January to be paris, but inside the service is fast enough for the walks and comings of the many guests. The gyozas bonuses in 2004 are for me the best in this early 2017 year, and this hot, complete and delicious soup is unforgettable. My daughter has been groping around this food and has been going back to it often and since January she makes me dream as soon as she tells me.

An authentic ramen restaurant with delicious rich pork bone ramen. There are no complaints about the salt level of the soup, the level of boiling of the chashu, and the amount of noodles. The price may seem high to tourists from Japan, but it makes sense considering the typical restaurant prices in Paris and ramen prices in Paris. The bite-sized gyoza are also carefully made and very delicious. I would like to visit again.

gyozas with the noisy chef sauce! However, vegetarian ramen is cruelly lacking in flavor with noodles that seem industrial. Why three stars and not four? simply because of the deplorable service. We were forced to order all our dishes at once without explanation. exchanges were very brief, we felt too much in this restaurant. a pity that the experience was ruined because of the service.

The 2nd Hakata Choten in Paris serves very good gyozas as well as the 1st restaurant. For the ramens, it's not bad but since my trip to the japon and especially after having tasted the Tsuta ramen, I think I'll find nothing equal in France...

It was delicious though More fat and richer than the ramen I had before. It was too much. Also, the noodles were boiled with them still stuck together. It was stuck in a bunch, which was really disappointing...

By far, the best japanese food I've ever eaten. The ginger was so fresh, I wish I could have bought some for home. Plus, the staff was nice and the service was quick.
