I had a disappointing experience at this halal restaurant on Long Island. The boba tea and pizza I tried were both quite unappetizing. The food also had a bad odor, which was off-putting. Although their website showcases a nice menu, I discovered that half of the items were unavailable when I visited. On my last trip, I came equipped with a coupon I found on their site, but the owner refused to accept it and offered excuses instead. It's frustrating to see something advertised online that they're not willing to honor. I hesitated to write a negative review since they are a small business, but their questionable practices compelled me to share my experience.
Halal G Pizza Gyro is one of the worst halal restaurants on Long Island. Whether you order their boba tea or pizza, the taste is awful and the food has an unpleasant odor. Their website shows a nice menu, but when you go there, many items are unavailable. On my last visit, I brought a coupon I found online, but the owner refused to accept it and made excuses. Why advertise something if you’re not going to honor it? I didn’t want to leave a negative review, especially for a small business, but their disappointing practices left me no choice.
If I could I would've guven them zero for their poor food delivery and customer service. They don't give you the exact thing that was ordered and when its out of stock, they don't notify you and guve you something else thats cheaper. When we call to tell them they cut your call and and don't pick up! Will never be ordering from here again since this was the second time that happened!
I placed a pick-up order at Halal G Pizza Gyro, but when I got there, my order had already been canceled. They gave me a series of excuses—first, the staff said the dough was frozen, then they claimed they had run out of dough, and finally, that their deliveries were delayed. It was disappointing, especially after checking their menu and looking forward to my meal.

I would give this place a 1-star rating since there's no option for 0. The staff barely speaks English and can be quite rude. Uber Eats drivers avoid this location because orders are often not ready, and the staff lacks professionalism.
One of the best food in the town with the cheap price i took mine family they loved it the food that guy makes it Alhumdulillah they have much options and there bubble tea is Awesome and they have new deals for Ramadan Karim.
I tried calling to place an order online at 7 PM on a Saturday, but I couldn’t reach anyone. One review said the restaurant closes at 8 PM, yet the website lists hours until 10 PM. I'll be passing on this place.
The food here is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's important to treat them with kindness too; after all, this isn't the 1950s when employees were treated poorly.

This restaurant is the perfect spot for families, and their chicken tikka pizza is the best pizza on Long Island!
