Great sandwichs overall, however there is an agitating consitantcy issue.I typically get the same item and my last three visits have been wildly different despite ordering the same item. Issues such missing ingredients,dry bread,and general lack of attention to detail are very frustrating especially after having a great experience most of the time. I would love to update my review if my experience improves in the future.
I was really impressed with this deli on my first visit, and I’ll definitely return whenever I'm in the area again. The food was top quality and reasonably priced. I even had a chat with the man cooking my breakfast; he had a great, friendly personality. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!
On Thursday, December 1st, 2022, around 2 PM, the team at Halsey Deli prepared the most delectable roast beef and cheese sandwich on rye I’ve ever had. It was simple yet incredibly flavorful. Great job, Halsey crew! Five stars!

Great food, been a customer for over a decade. Shrimp salad sandwich with spinach on a roll is my fav..along with the beet lemon ginger juice... a stax of lays...best lunch ever....
The sandwich was to have bacon not sausage. I dont like sausage. So I wouldnt have ordered it. How make a cold sandwich with no tomatoes when you list it as a part of the sandwich.
Called ahead and asked if they were open; they told me yes, I ordered food and then they drove off and didn't answer their phone so I could cancel my order??????

"Waited for the food for more than 40 minutes. Asked how much longer we have to wait for the food they said 20 more minutes. Paid 20$ for the tap water with lemonade powder and left. Disappointed"
