I called ahead to place an order and picked it up, but when I checked my bag before leaving, I realized there were no napkins, utensils, or ketchup included with my hamburger steak meal. The drive-thru attendant was unhelpful and dismissive when I requested these items. On top of that, I’m not a fan of businesses that charge a fee for using debit cards.

The burgers at Hamburger Depot were tasty, but the service left much to be desired. The cashier was rude and unfriendly, making the experience unpleasant. The menu is a bit pricey—four hamburger meals and a side of chili cheese fries came to $75. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Amazing burgers and incredibly fast service! I placed a takeout order, and everything was perfect—nothing was missing or wrong. All six meals were wrapped up hot and ready to eat, and they tasted fantastic!
