Came here for our anniversary. Atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous. Seating and serving staff were pleasant. Food was plated beautifully. Appetizers were great. Then it started to go down hill. Pork belly was soggy and very small for a small plate. Actually smaller than the Appetizers. My girlfriend order the scallops and I ordered the ny strip. Her dinner was actually cold by the time we received it. My steak was only 3 slices of ny strip not even the entire steak. I get fine dining but we have been out around Saratoga from Salt and Char to Mortons but this had to be the least amount of food for the value. While we visited Saratoga we were seeking a New York style craft cocktail and dining experience. We loved the variety of menu options that covered vegan through surf and turf. The oysters were magnificent and the cocktails were comparable to Manhattan's Ritz-Carlton but priced reasonably. Loved it so much we recommended it to fellow travelers who asked for a recommendation. We will make sure to stop by again when we are in town! Love this place so much! Staff here is always mindful, kind intelligent the bartender we had last night was so great! Vegetarian options: They don't usually have much on the menu marked as vegan, but they are always accommodating I am never disappointed with what they offer. Their chefs are intelligent whatever they make, will be flavorful not lazily put together. The food and drinks at this restaurant were outstanding. I highly recommend the Sweet Potato small plate with labneh, as well as the perfectly cooked Halibut entree. What sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional service provided by Hamlet and Ghost. Our waiter Griffin was fantastic, offering excellent recommendations and thoroughly explaining the menu. The communication between the front and back of house was evident. While the food is what initially draws you in, it's the service that keeps you coming back, and Griffin and the entire staff at Hamlet and Ghost truly excelled in this regard. We visited Saratoga Springs as we consider relocating and our first meal here was amazing. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere. We would love to come back in the future. Our dinner experience was excellent, with a price range of $50-100 per person. We highly recommend trying the Ahi Tuna Crudo and Burrata Fondue.
