If you drive from Freiberg/Sachsen on the B101 to the south towards Brand-Erbisdorf, arrive in the district Zug, shortly after the city to the left at 50 meters depth a restaurant, "Hammers Restaurant", not far from the technical monument Drei-Büder-Schacht . Finally, after the Corona crisis we could go back to this inn. Those who value good-bourgeois German cuisine and also have the necessary patience to wait for the freshly prepared food are well advised. The menu shows an extensive selection for every taste. The portions are rich, lovingly prepared and very tasty. We ordered various dishes and there was no need to put something out. Very good is the variety of supplements on various vegetables and some fruit. I'm sure this restaurant has nothing in common with a snack. We can recommend a visit here with good conscience and advise to ask for a reservation. The friendly staff will be happy to provide information.

Unfortunately very disappointing. There was only a small selection of dishes from the map. The Swiss Rösti was a 3 potato roast from the frost. And salads from the canned without being made. In addition, we have found that a supplemental replacement supplement was made. We were neither informed nor asked if we would like to have another supplement. The service was obviously overwhelmed, at 8 guests, well noticed. The beer and the beer garden were okay. For us it was more of a kiosk/impact character than gastronomy, which is expected in a restaurant, which also opened 4 hours. Not recommended.
