Very good food and friendly service. I had rehsteaks with broccoli and pifferlings, the steaks were nice medium cooked and the vegetables bite. Interestingly I found the Semmelknödel, which (maybe with fennel) was missed a special note. Only criticism of the main food: On the broccoli were tupfers of semmelbuckles with butter, which I do not find so pralle because it offers me no added value in the court. Instead of the semmelbrösel, I find it more beautiful when nuts (e.g. chopped hazelnuts) are fried in butter and thus the broccoli is tucked. We have been coming from Wiesbaden to the Hammes Mill here just fits (almost everything: the food is really fantastic, creative, fresh and superlecker, good wine selection, seasonal map, friendly service and a very nice ambience in the great old mill. In addition, a really very good price reading ratio. If there is anything to criticize, then that the boss does not always give you the feeling of being welcome as a guest (top comments, unfriendly on the phone, etc. there she should cut another slice off her staff, they can do better. Staff discreetly unfriendly at all inattentive! Food was not acceptable for the price. 1.5 hours you had to wait for the food, unfortunately not comprehensible because it was not full. When the food finally came, my girlfriend was forgotten. When you pay, the balance has been retained. My impression was that the lady couldn't count.
