We have been coming from Wiesbaden to the Hammes Mill here just fits (almost everything: the food is really fantastic, creative, fresh and superlecker, good wine selection, seasonal map, friendly service and a very nice ambience in the great old mill. In addition, a really very good price reading ratio. Only 200m from the Bürresheim Castle a nice restaurant, we sat for lunchin the winter garden terrace. I had delicious scallops wrapped in a bacon jacket over potato salad with pine nuts and salad. Good food, good location in a nice setting. Do not miss this restaurant if you visit the Castle!

Very delicious food, tastefully dressed and the mill is very nice. I can only recommend! Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the operators and the staff, they just do their job.
The food was outstanding. The restaurant is lovely inside. They also have a very pretty winter garden terrace. The service was great. The server was very friendly and helpful.
