Hamon - Sushi & Teppanyaki

Had the best experience here food, service ambience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and so delicately prepared by the chef, who was very friendly and made a lot of suggestions regarding how what to eat with each bite. Was equally impressed by the level of cleanliness of the restaurant not simply just the kitchen sushi station but also the bathroom! Highly recommended for those craving sublime and authentic Japanese food.

Das Essen kann durchaus mit den Top Sushi Restaurants in Frankfurt mithalten, aber für zwei Personen mit 2 Weissweinschorlen rund 150 EUR auszugeben wird weder durch die Atmosphäre (ein Hauch zu ungemütlich, eher wie in einem durchschnittlichen Einrichtungsladen) noch durch die Lage (periphere Kleinstadtlage) gerechtfertigt.Ich glaube nicht, dass sich das Restaurant dauerhaft hier halten kann.

A brand new Restaurant in Taunus Region! Even the Japanese choose to come here. No wonder why! Quiet place, Chef speaks Japanese and you can also enjoy Teppanyaki. Sushi should not be recognised as a fast food and Hamon proves it!+ very Clean+ Sushimoto Quality but Prices are affordable- Quite far from Frankfurt city, need a car

Ich bin zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen.Als ich drin war , wurde ich freundlich begrüßt , es sah alles sauber aus und die Location war super! Das Essen war ein bisschen teuer aber dafür hatt es sich wirklich gelohnt . Die Portion war auch sehr gut . Komme bald wieder ;-)

Very good place with friendly service. Best quality of sushi. This place may get busy at times but the staff never loses the cool. Especially the Chirasch dish is well recommended to people who love raw fish and want to try different types at a time.

Konstant top Niveau der Fischqualität.Jedesmal, wenn ich zu Hamon gehe, werde ich aufs Neue überrascht. Zuletzt Handrolle mit Salmon Skin in Perfektion !Immer nette Bedienung und guter Sake, natürlich kalt und aus dem Holzkästchen. Weiter so !!

Wir waren auf Empfehlung eines Japaners dort und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Der Preis ist es wirklich wert. Der Fisch und das Fleisch sind butterzart. Der Service ist gut und man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
