Hampsons Butchers - Reserva de mesa

I went into this shop believing it to be a proper traditional butchers shop. It’s not sadly and hasn’t been for some time. I was about to be disappointed until I started to notice my surroundings. What an absolutely beautiful, well stocked shop, deli, bakery, grocery bit of everything and everything done well. I came out with a proper haul, a feast of deliciousness. Cornish Hevva cake, no idea what it is other than tasty tasty tasty, lovely with a cup of tea. Saffron buns, toasted and dripping with butter, tea cakes will just never be enough again, hogs pudding, some freshly made sausages (still a butcher if you order so the friendly, helpful chap who looked after me said), an amazing hot pa...

I went into Hamptons today to buy a selection of there pasties and pies. We've just finished the pasties, I got the large steak ones and I've got to say they are absolutely gorgeous and tasty and they filled to the brim. These pasties are a meal in themselves. We're on holiday here in hale until next Monday, so we'll be definitely be back for more.

I cannot rate Hampsons, Foundry , highly enough. I rang early one morning to put in an order for that day. The butcher offered most kindly, to make them up there then for collection later. They were so neatly beautifully crimped , even carried out to the car on arrival. Many thanks Hampsons.

The man who served us was extremely friendly and kind. We had ordered two pasties, one to share. The lovely man cut the pasty in half for us which was very kind. Kind service makes such a difference. The pasties were very yummy and we were really delighted by our visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Alot of pasties are very flaky greasy and have alot of salt and chewy bits : but these taste really traditional with beautiful cuts of meat and really nice vegetables. Really nice old fashioned wholesomeness. My favourite so far and I've tried all the best.

Heard that this place was reccomended so we tried the pasties. They were the best we have tasted. The filling and pastry was really good and customer service with a smile to. We will be back.

Collected my Christmas order of ham, cheese and pies which was spot on. I had to have one of their superb pasties for lunch. Highly recommend local family business.

Delicious pasties and friendly service. Not a shop that is as noticeable as others in Hayle but great quality grub nonetheless.

Wow. The best Cornish pasty I have ever tasted. They were fresh from the oven, and ready to go. Friendly staff.
