Don’t stay at this hotel! Management and customer service are awful. There are several surrounding hotels that would be a better choice. I reserved 3 family suites back in February for family coming into town for my son’s graduation during memorial day weekend. When my family arrived around 4 to check in after 8 hours on the road, the rooms were not ready. Plus, they were told there were only 2 suites available not 3. If we had been notified in advance of my family arriving, then we could have chosen another hotel. The General manager, Michael Bird provided excuse after excuse.
