Hana Hibachi Sushi

Not sure if the man usually in the front is the owner or manager but he is wonderful. Today I went in solo for hibachi, and the chef only spoke Spanish the whole time to the couple beside me. He barely seasoned the food, acknowledged me or did anything you usually get with hibachi. The food was subpar, which is unusual here and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

The service was really good! We had a spill and the employees cleaned it up and gave me a refill without me asking. The food was really good aswell. The chef had a very good sense of humor and he even apologized for not asking one person in my group if they wanted noodles. He was very polite. Great job overall!

The restaurant had delicious food and very good service. The waiters were nice, especially Will who went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. Amazing food with amazing waiters, I would totally recommend.
