I’ve only been to this restaurant once, and I have a personal connection as my ex-wife works there. Although I didn’t eat anything during my visit, I noticed that it was a bustling and charming place. It’s quite romantic, especially when it’s not too busy, and there’s ample parking available. I’ve heard great things about their food, and even though I can’t recall the name of the dish, I would definitely go out of my way to pay for the $20 salmon they serve. The place is clean, and there's a nice security guard out front who takes his job seriously. Overall, it seems like a great spot!
Since my daughter began attending Sacramento State three years ago, this has become our go-to dinner spot whenever we visit. The restaurant is small, but the food is very authentic and delicious. I always look forward to dining here. It's usually quite busy, so we either make reservations or arrive right at 5:00 pm when it opens.
This restaurant offers excellent specials and classic dishes such as teriyaki. However, it might not be the ideal place for sushi lovers, as their sushi selection is limited and often average in quality. The emphasis is more on traditional Japanese cuisine rather than on sushi.
Last night, the food was incredible! The sashimi and sushi were so fresh and buttery, they just melted in my mouth. I had the Nigiri with eel, salmon, and tuna, along with some tempura, and everything was fantastic. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the sake—it was great too!

This is an outstanding restaurant that always delivers top-notch service and amazing Japanese cuisine that appeals to both kids and adults. My wife used to bring our children here, and now that they're all grown up, they take us!
We truly adore this restaurant! My in-laws have been loyal customers since it opened, and my husband, Jeff, was one of the original waiters when it first started. It's an amazing place with delectable food!
