visit burlington from outside philadelphia. my friend and I visited handys this morning and we had a great experience. in the minute we went, we were immediately greeted by the waitress and the chef. we decided to share the breakfast dish of big daddy and the cook cut all contained items in the half that was thoughtful. the food was so good and it was a ton for just $10. handy is a cool place they can say has followed a neighboring. I also enjoy that the owner with other mozens discuss all the things that handy’s was involved during the pandemic (how donate time and eat / meal times to work nurses during the first covid closure). when my friend and I inevitably visit burlington in the future...

During our visit to Burlington, we discovered this charming and nostalgic restaurant where we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. Our meal was satisfying, flavorful, and priced just right. The owner was exceptionally friendly and clearly cared about their customers. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the dedicated staff who bring love back into the community. We were happy to support such a wonderful establishment!

So glad my family happened upon this local diner while spening a few hours in Burlington waiting for a flight. We were greeted by Earl the minute we arrived and had attentive, friendly service the whole time. Food was delicious and filling. I highly recommend Handy's Lunch for great food and wonderful service.

Visiting from out of town and looking for a local quick bite. This place was perfect. Cozy space, delicious food, and amazingly friendly staff. Nothing face, just solid basic breakgadt and lunch fare. Reminds me of the small diners in Boston. Wish I lived closer because I'd be a regular here. Reserva una mesa ahora

amazing! eating is great. the seats can not be suitable for larger people, but we sat near the beginning. the service was great, the macho man was by far one of the best reuben sandwiches I ever had, and the coffee was so good. they will verify whether they stay in burlington or go through.

The food at this Vermont restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. It is a beloved family-owned establishment that has been around for a long time. Be sure to tell Earl how much you enjoy the food. It is definitely worth a visit, especially because the portions are generous.

Handy's Lunch a staple of Burlington since 1945. Earl Handy the third generation is as fine of a man as his Dad was before him. Earl's sisters and until a couple of years ago his Mother could be seen helping out. I went with my usual two Texas dogs with fries. Awesome as always.

the most delicious breakfast sandwiches in the whole wild world. take them place and enjoy a coffee or go down / drive them down to the water and absorb the rest of the champlain lake. magical enough to forget the world for a bit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Cool diner with real food. Watched them crack the eggs for my veggie omelette. Friendly staff and guests. Reminded me of the diners in middle of nowhere Michigan where I grew up. Good experience.

This place is fantastic! I ordered the “Big Daddy” and now I'll be waddling back to my car. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is cool. I definitely recommend it!
