I've tried many Yemeni restaurants in the USA, and I found Mending House Restaurant to be the best one. Whenever I'm in the USA, I make sure to visit them. I've tried the tuna saltah, BBQ chicken, and chicken mandi, and everything has been delicious. The rice is particularly wonderful—unlike anything I've tasted at other restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quick. I especially enjoy their Yemeni bread with saltah. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again and again.
We ordered Mandi for 6 ppl. The waitress went to the kitchen and confirmed they have enough. After 10 minutes we were told that they only have half of the order of mendi… then we were told they only have one order of mendi left…. Then told us they only have hanith and no Mendelian left after we ate all the appetisers. This was very disappointing how we got mixed messages and then did not get what we ordered
I thoroughly enjoyed the food; it was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The scent of cleanliness was delightful, and the service was excellent — the staff were friendly and respectful. The restaurant also has a lovely design. Thank you very much!

I drove all the way from Toronto, Canada, to dine here, and I was greeted by very friendly and respectful staff. The food was delicious and had an authentic Yemeni flavor. Thank you for making us feel welcome and at home. I will definitely return!
The food is quite expensive given the portion sizes. Some menu items are priced higher than what is listed, and when I inquired about it, they claimed it was due to an outdated menu. The taste was just average. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Today, I tried the Turkish lamb, and it was incredible! The service was impeccable; everything went smoothly. I also want to give a special thanks to my server, Kazi, who did a fantastic job. Thank you!
I ordered the Zurbiyan Lamb and the Fahsa, and both dishes were absolutely delicious, with perfectly balanced ingredients. The customer service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning!

I just had dinner here tonight, and the food was incredible! The service was excellent as well. They serve the best hummus and chicken mandi I’ve ever tasted. I highly recommend this place!
