I ordered two meals to share with a friend, and the food was enjoyable overall. However, there were some downsides. My friend looked at me and asked if my rib was salty. As a Texan, I was really excited about the aroma coming from the smoker outside—it smelled fantastic. However, I found the food to be completely lacking in seasoning. I understand it's BBQ, but it really should have more flavor beyond just the smoky taste.

The brisket was way too salty; I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. However, the waitress was very nice and polite!
Took an hour for the staff to take our order. The staff were not friendly and the food was not worth the price.
Best brisket, ribs and pulled pork in Ohio.. Hands down!!!
The brisket on the Hanks Way was phenomenal. Get it.
