Hanoi's Pho - Reservar una mesa

I was extremely disappointed. I read a review that said it was the best pho in Philly and as a self proclaimed pho connoisseur was excited to try it. I have never had "bad" pho before in my life up until this point. Ive had average pho and really good pho but this pho was just outright bad. The spring rolls I order were over fried and really tough to bite into. I almost want to give the place another chance because its hard for me to believe it is that bad all the time but id be hard pressed to spend my money here again. Proceed with caution

the food quality is inconsistent. sometimes its amazing and sometimes it misses the mark. the chicken and jasmine rice was dry and not good. fried rice was plain and tasteless. the grilled shrimp wasnt as yummy. I wont stop ordering from here because its normally good but as of late, it hasnt been.

The food is always great. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I always go back to the chicken curry even though Ive tried other dishes.
