This was our first visit to Han's Cafe in Hillarys. They offer a la carte service and on the weekend and Friday for dinner, there is a buffet available upstairs. We arrived just as the buffet was starting and were advised there was a 15 minute wait while the food was finalised. Not all dishes advertised were available during this lunch service and only small portions were put out and any given time. Although this was a little frustrating when the restaurant started filling up, it ensured the food was fresh and not sitting around for too long. The food was constantly refreshed. Atmosphere = none!Took young son to toilet and confronted with the most disgusting sight. I will spare you the details!Ordered the seafood basil rice and got sweet and sour instead. The rice was a ball of mush, most likely cooked yesterday, couldn't even see a grain of rice. Looked more like mashed potato. Ordered prawn crackers and was given them in a plastic shopping bag after the meal. Our plates were dumped on table and had to get my own cutlery off another table. All wait staff dressed in filthy looking grubby clothes and couldn't smile if they tried. For two adults and a total price of $52 I would have expected fresher food and better service. I visited Han's Cafe in Joondalup at 8:30 on a Sunday after Tenpin Bowling with some friends. There were 9 of us and the owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. He took our orders for a variety of Asian dishes and our meals arrived quickly, fresh, hot, and all together. The food was delicious, the service was good, and we had a great time. I will definitely return.

Popped into Han's Cafe Joondalup around 8:30pm on a Sunday after tenpin bowling with some friends . There was 9 of us and the owner was more than welcoming and very friendly . He took our order of a variety of Asian dishes and our meals arrived in no time , fresh , hot and all together . All very nice , good service , good food l good time . We were greeted at the door by a lady in grey track suits pants that were filthy - she lead us to a table through the disgusting dirty floor, covered in food and spill marks to a table that hadn't been wiped!! We leave without ordering - scared of what standards the kitchens may be if that was the state of the restaurant!!

Awesome foodAwesome drinksAwesome staff!What more could we possibly want!I highly reccomend the spring rolls, egg fried rice omlettle, fish chilli, and green curry chicken. Been here many many times and i love it! They also do delievers and reservations! Easily my top 5 restaurant to go to in Perth.

Whole place looked shut, poor lighting, dirty floors, not all tables set out and no atmosphere. Food portions were very small off the set menu and rice tasted asif it was reheated from the night before
