I have to admit that I had a prejudice against Hans in Glück. In general, I'm not a big burger fan. And not a fan of chains. Yesterday I was proven wrong. Very large selection of burgers , including vegetarian ones. Mine was with mountain cheese and tasted very good. The sweet potato fries were also very good. The portions could have been a little larger for me as a good eater. But that is the only criticism. I think the homemade barbecue sauce is excellent. The waitress was nice, very friendly, but wasn't really good at mental arithmetic. But that's not a big issue. It was very busy, but we were served quickly.
Unfortunately, my visit to Hans in Glück Munich was a big disappointment. The food was served to us far too cold, which significantly diminished our enjoyment. Even worse was the unfriendly service we were largely ignored and had to wait forever until someone even took our order. Unfortunately, the drink was also a failure: it was so oversweet that it was barely drinkable. Overall, I had the impression that no attention was paid to the quality of the food or the service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Wonderful ambience, like pretty much every Hans im Glück and very friendly service. There were five of us and we had special requests (some of us are vegetarian and a friend is pregnant) and it was all unproblematic. Our waiter took the time to please everyone when it came to the food. And although the shop was very busy, we received our drinks shortly after ordering and the food straight after. And it was really tasty and warm!
Best Hamburger I ever ate !!! I had a cheeseburger and added mushrooms and hash brown with a side of fries and rum and coke I was a bit upset that we had to wait a while as the guy who seated us placed us in a corner and then left so waitress never saw us but once we called her over and changed places amazing service....so go there enjoy the quality and tasty food but make sure they don't sit you in the corner..

Very nice and organized employees. Despite the many customers, the food came very quickly. The only thing is that the drinks are full of ice cubes and are quite cold in the winter temperatures
