Há muito poucos restaurantes ou lugares para comer em Torgau, e este foi o único aberto e com um certo movimento lá. É um snack-bar, capitaneado pela doce Dona Caterina, que basicamente serve fritos e salsichas. Há dois ambientes externos e três internos, é um ponto de encontro de todas as gerações na pequena cidade, mas comida de qualidade mesmo não tem, é mais para lanche...
