Happy Sumo At The Riverwoods

My wife and I love the Happy Sumo! My one picky eater loves the simple yakisoba noodles. We decided to order from their website (which looks fabulous) and a pickup order. When I came to the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed. Even with anyone wearing masks, you could say that they smiled and were thrilled to have you there. When I gave them my name for the pick-up order, they went and got the General Manager Lacey. She wanted to let me know that her new website was literally launched as I placed the order. It created a bit of a snafu, but Lacey and her team went directly to work to make things right without having to reorder. She made the experience wonderful. I need to see some serious profe...

I really enjoyed it. The food was great and the service was friendly. The name was a little misleading when I thought the sumo Wrestler would be happy. Instead, the big man said things like leaving me alone, I just want to enjoy my dinner. And I'm sensitive to my weight, please stop.

It's been a few years since we were here last, but the food was DELICIOUS. The sunset roll was so lemony and fresh. Our server Lyndsey was so helpful. Our first round of salmon-sashimi was a bit off, but she helped to sort it out and the next set was perfect. A 5-star experience.

Happy sumo has a good atmosphere and good food. The sushi are what you're going for, everything else is not great. You have great customer service!

First time there. Amazing hot sweet and sour sauce and chips. Everyone had a great time.
