So disappointed in every bit of experience when ordering from this location. Was added an extra charge for no reason and then when asking what it was for the guy at the front said taxes. When i asked if he was sure he gave terrible attitude. on the reciept it does say they charged extra in red print but it doesn’t say what it was for. Guy also did not give me any change back and then argues that he did when in fact he did not because i don’t carry cash but paid with it this time and i didn’t remember getting anything back. Wow, downhill since last time. I ordered the wing special and there was so little sauce on the wings and the wing coating was tasteless so it was like eating day old bread. Really, you couldn't add enough sauce?? The fries were pitiful as well. My wife had rib tips and they barely had sauce on them as well. Plus very tough/chewy. That'll teach me to go back to an old favorite. Last time ever.
I attempted to place a phone order for takeout, but was informed that they only accept in-store orders. When I arrived, I was told that they were out of cheese and couldn’t prepare any pizzas. I recommend avoiding this location and heading to the Shelby branch instead.
Strike 2, this is the second time I've ordered, and my food has been a disappointment. My pizza was hard, and it wasn't as I ordered it. it was very disappointing. I used to enjoy them, unfortunately not anymore.

The pizza here is delicious and of great quality. It's always perfectly cooked and ready even before the estimated time they provide. I'm consistently impressed and satisfied, which is why I keep coming back.
The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding, whether you're picking up or ordering delivery. I highly recommend the double cheese, double sauce pizza, which is baked to perfection.
Just tried this place and its really good. Hot and delivery was fast. The pizza and stuffed bread sticks hit the spot. Oh yeah, the cookie is super good. I believe the cost was fair for the quality.
The pizza was great, but the customer service was better! It started to hail, and they offered us a pizza box for our heads so we didn't get hurt. Thank you so much for the kindness!!

We usually order the special online. My kids really like their pizza, and my wife now likes their thin crust pizza. Enjoy.
