I would not recommend working at this restaurant under the current owner. I worked at this restaurant for two nights a week for a little over a month (totaling around 40 hours at $14/hr) but only received 10 of those hours in pay. After working here for a week, we were issued a cease and desist order because the restaurant did not have a valid license for 11 months. Shortly after, I received my first paycheck and it was only for half of the hours I had worked. I brought this up to the owner, who promised to fix the mistake and pay me the correct amount, but he never did. The next day, he avoided me and then left without addressing the issue. Went on Friday night, yes they were busy, and yes they were under staffed. We sat down at the only table available, a waitress said Someone would come clean the table, they never did. Both waitresses looked at us, but never responded, so we waited so more about 45 minutes total, I finally just went to the bar to order my drinks and food, never did see the waitress, probably won’t go back.
My wife and I recently visited Springfield and were driving around on Friday evening and found this place. What a wonderful bar. The staff was very friendly, great atmosphere and plenty TVs that I’m sure you will find something of interest. Got there late so wasn’t able to get food but will certainly go back again and will recommend to others.

The only positive aspect of my visit to Harbell's was the waitress. The chicken wings were undercooked, and the appetizers I ordered took over 30 minutes to arrive, arriving cold. I had been there before the pandemic and enjoyed great food, but now the quality of the menu is very disappointing. This will be my last time dining at Harbell's.
I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary, but it was way too hot. I had to ask the bartender to remake it. I enjoy spicy food and can usually handle the heat, yet I still had heartburn from just a few sips even after nearly two hours. The menu has also changed— they’ve removed the quesoburger. Honestly, nothing on the new menu looked appealing.
Hi! I really like this restaurant, but when I called to order 16 smoked wings, I was told the total would be about $26. Since it’s Wing Wednesday, I expected them to be priced at 75 cents each. I’m a little confused by the difference.
harbell's eating has become better and better, and only more so! wow! so much love is placed in this food. to love these new menu items. chefs kissing?

Great wings! Twice fried Arizona Gunslinger way to go! Good food in general! Plenty of beer and TVs! You won’t be disappointed.
We always have a great time here! The wings are wonderful and the beer is always cold!
