Harbor Inn Seafood

Firstly, I will say the food here is good. But the service has always been hit or miss with long wait times. But what’s MOST IMPORTANT- Customer Service. Today my mother in law was yelled at by one of their employees- an Asian lady- who got mad at her for asking if they sold pieces of fish separately. The lady told her to check the menu herself and hung up. My mother and law came up there and the employee still proceeded to be rude. If you can’t handle a job YOU chose, quit. Quite simple. Can’t recommend if the service doesn’t improve.

The atmosphere was great. Really cool decor.Food: broiled shrimp was tough and the fried shrimp was less than warm.Service: I had to get up and find someone to bring tarter sauce to our table.As we finished our meal they Didn 't ask if we needed a to go box.I had to get up and find our server to get our bill.Overall I gave only two stars, one for the atmosphere and one for the baked potato.

This place was really good! We just happened to be looking for a place and went in. The service was very friendly and the food was very good! Love the crab dip and the stuffed mushrooms. The cakes there were gorgeous and were huge. We are too full to try them so we will definitely be going back and trying them.Food: 5/5

This was my first time eating here and didn't know what to expect. The food was absolutely delicious and the proportions were, to say the least, generous. Our server was one of the best I've had anywhere. Will definitely go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Was here for lunch and ordered the Cajun for two, and it was full of flavor. The crayfish in the plate were not very fresh. Everything else was good. Our server Kristal was very professional, 5 stars for her.Food: 3/5

Fairly priced and large helpings. I had the pick three which included fried clams, catfish, and chicken tenders. Each was crispy and tasty. Also had the crab dip which was OK nothing special.Rated as a Comebacker

Plenty to choose from. Seafood boils in the bag, steamed/broil/grilled/fried seafood, however you prefer it. Plenty of desserts. The fish bowl drink was on point? We enjoyed Diamond being our server...Food: 5/5

Cajun Family Meal was very good. Calamari was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and friendly. If you leave hungry it's your own fault.
