The views from this hotel were outstanding, the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast options were very good. We got our breakfast To Go each day which was half price in comparison to dining in the restaurant. My biggest complaints are the fact that housekeeping was inconsistent. On our first full day, the room was cleaned/restocked, and when it was not cleaned the next day, we were told housekeeping is only available per request since the pandemic. We weren’t told this at check-in nor did we request it the day before when it happened so were confused. The staff, however, were very nice and helpful for the most part. I needed to use my annual free night so we stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. Boston is an hour away from where I live so we decided to drive there and stay overnight and hit some of the Boston Museums. The hotel is very convenient to Logan Airport and there is a hotel shuttle which dropped us off at the T station. The hotel is nice and the beds were comfortable, but it is not as nice as other Hyatt properties I've stayed in. My only complaint is that we kept losing the signal for the TV so we were unable to finish watching a movie we had started. The signal was strong only for a Japanese news station and for commercials. We stayed at this property before our trip back to Florida. We were upgraded to a harbor view room on the ninth floor. We had a gorgeous view overlooking the harbor and the sunsets. The night time view was even more spectacular than the day time. We used the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. We did not hear any planes or waterfront noise whatsoever. Just a wonderful stay.Rooms: Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The phone did not work but everybody has a cell phone these days. The hotel was great as far as hotels go, but a few things could be better.First off, single-ply, see-through toilet paper is not ideal. It felt like sandpaper. They can afford some better toilet paper. The blackout blinds are okay but not perfect. They don’t go to the bottom, so a tiny amount of light will get in. It wouldn’t be a problem if they also had some thick curtains. Lastly, the restaurant is pricier, but luckily it’s relatively easy to get to Boston proper to find cheaper options.Overall the stay was adequate. Not bad, but not fantastic. A good hotel if you have an early flight.

Stayed here one night, booked two separate rooms, one for my brother and sister in law and for my husband and I. Very clean and beautiful place. Booked rooms with Harbor view which was beautiful at night. Also had visibility to the airport (in hallway windows) which was also very beautiful to see (flights landing/leaving). Overall great experience. Only thing I did not like is that there is a Valet Parking sign in entrance but there is no valet parking, everything is self park. However, despite that minor detail, good stay, good food, good views. Lovely.
We arrived on a late flight and elected to stay here before catching the bus to Barnstable from the airport. Shuttle to and from airport was efficient and we were grateful for it. Reception (Steve? was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean and bed and linens and bathroom were all very comfortable. I'd say it was worth the price but it was quite costly. Breakfast was problematic- limited staff working hard. Maybe it is better to do buffet but we usually don't enjoy that.
A fine hotel, though definitely showing it’s wear. The room was clean, but the TV had weird color bleed leaving blue spots everywhere, the walls were thin and I could hear the exact conversation of our neighbor at night, and very limited offerings late at night besides ordering from outside the hotel. It was a fine place to sleep for a quick flight turnaround, and had beautiful harbor views, but it was nothing special and appeared to be a hotel a little past it’s prime.
Excellent location near the airport with gorgeous harbor views. Very quiet rooms with good air conditioning! Nicole (front desk) was very helpful and was able to find connecting rooms for us.Rooms: 5/5

The staff was nice and our room was clean and modern, but the AC barely worked which left our room hot and stuffy. We got a poor night's sleep. The free airport shuttle was nice though.
The service and food were both good, but it did take some time for our food to be served.
