Emil is fantastic! My friend recently tried the Friday night boot camp class and got hooked. I had my first one-on-one session with Emil today, and I feel amazing. He has an incredible personality and such positive energy—it’s truly motivating. The workout was excellent, focusing on a full-body strength training routine for an hour. Since I’m not a beginner, we didn’t spend too much time on form and were able to push through the workout. I'm really glad to have met him and I’m looking forward to regular training sessions. Hard Bodies is probably the best bootcamp class I've taken. It is an intense, non-stop full body workout. Even when the class size is 20+, Emil still focuses on everyone's form which is something that I've seen other group classes lack. I will definitely be attending this class regularly and would recommend to anyone that is looking to get back into shape!

I absolutely love Hardbodies! I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and stamina, and I've even lost some weight! Each visit challenges and motivates me, which I really appreciate. The atmosphere is fantastic, and everyone there feels like family!

I have take 2 classes there so far and the workouts always give me a good sweat. Great circuit training with some weights incorporated. Lots of sprint variations and plyometric work to get your heart rate going as well. Highly recommend.
