terrible service. the food took 1.5 hours to get to the table. we could see the burger and the pommes of my child sitting on the regal for over 30 minutes, so it was naturally very cold. a chicken ceasar salat was delivered to us 35 minutes after ordering the other food. Of course, the individual had already sat on other meal times, so that he was a waste at this point. absolutely terrible for the amount of money they spend. they stay here in nashville. too many other very beautiful options near.
Once we finally were seated even with reservations our server was horrible. I unfortunately don’t know his name. People say 20-45 mins after us had their food ate and left before we ever received our food. The food itself was horrible. Once we got it it was cold to the touch and burnt all at the same time. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hard rock.
we have made a reservation at the open door and have made us our reserved time. no waiting time. we had a great dinner here at the silvester and it wasn't crazy loud so we were able to talk and enjoy our dinner and drink! the personal was excellent and attentive. many thanks. we're coming back.
Nashville Hard Rock! Are you kidding me?!?! Great location down town. Walls packed with music memorabilia. Jamming music. Great menu. Great alcohol choices. My wait staff was hipster cool and very good at his job. My steak knife looked like a switch blade. Cool!

Only thing open, so we go fed, but with mistakes in a simple order and a clingy server. Hardly a destination. For salt in the wound parking in downtown Nashville was insanely expensive. Poor value all around.
The service was great but the food and kitchen need help. Waited almost an hour for our food after ordering. The macaroni was cold and gummy. Pulled pork was dry.
Good food, good atmosphere. The menu is limited, not a lot of variety, but what they have was good. Service was great! Wait time on a weekend was ~30mins.
They let us sit at our table early, the server was friendly and attentive, and the nachos were amazing
