We visited the Hard Rock Cafe on New Years Eve. There were 4 of us in the party. The service was excellent! The food was mid to okay…nothing stood out and was the star of the meal. We had a Chicken Flatbread, Burger, Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, and fries. I upgraded my fries to the loaded fries. The loaded fries were okay. I didn’t get enough cheese and bacon in every bite. The toppings were clumped in the middle. Was it worth the $2 upcharge? No. The pulled pork sandwich could have used some more flavoring. Honestly, Hard Rock is an experience that is so different everywhere you go. It's great to see all the articles of clothing from the different bands and actors, just the history of our society throughout the decades. The best part to me was the service. Stephanie was beyond wonderful. I asked her to do me a favor and not mention my birthday and she agreed. She was above a 10 in service and personality. I know food service takes a hit on how they do with customers, but she showed her true colors and represented herself very well with a smile and great attitude. My husband and I were hungry for breakfast and decided quickly on Hard Rock. There was a wait to be seated at a table, so we opted to sit at the bar. Even though we don’t drink and didn’t order anything special, Rachel and Brandon (the bartenders) made sure our experience was top-notch. My husband and I ordered the breakfast burritos and coffee. The food was delicious! I will recommend Hard Rock Cafe to anyone visiting the strip!
I 'm not overly excited about my experience here overall. Our server Ike was ok. I did notice him breathing all over drink trays, carrying them too close to his face for sanitary purposes, this is a no no. The salad I had was overly dressed and far too much cheese. A lot of places in Vegas seem to exploit the fact that they have you stuck in a casino overpriced bad food. This is not one of them!! Spectacular atmosphere, service, and food. Would've eaten there daily if I'd found it earlier. Well done!!
REWRITE: I've been to Hard Rock's on 3 continents. It's a destination when overseas. I'm afraid this one did not measure up with the others.
Dawn was our server today and Brenda the manager were so great. Very pleasant and fast efficient service.
Loved that they make fresh lemonade with basil. It was the best lemonade I've had in a long while
