The service was awful. We waited for 20 minutes at the drive-thru for our food. Our fries were cold, and there wasn't even a kids menu available. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. All they have to do is take the order, make it, put it in a bag, take the money, and give the food. If they can't do that, I'm sure there are plenty of other people who would love to have their job.
Got a lot of attitude from a young team member who didnt want to move her mouth and annunciate words. Those of us not local cannot understand someone who literally talks without moving her mouth. I wasnt rude but she acted completely bored and with attitude when I had to ask 4 times whats that, I cant understand what your saying. Nothing wrong with the service time or food.
I stopped by for a late-night snack after feeling hungry following an early afternoon dinner. Fortunately for the staff, there were only a few customers since it was a Monday night, with just two employees working. As for parking, there was plenty available. I also noticed a family dining there, and they seemed to be enjoying their time.
Worker was acting as though she didn 't want to work. No initiative to do her job. Watched as she wiped off trays, which was literally barely touching them. Observed another employee napping in the lobby, I am assuming she was in a break, so I guess that 's why she was asleep. The only thing good I can say is, my orderbwas correct. Reserva una mesa ahora
The cashier was the most impolite person I have ever dealt with. Never spoke one word to me, never smiled, only looked disgusted when I asked her for something.
The staff at the drive-thru were friendly. The food was fresh and served hot! As for parking, the lot is spacious with plenty of available spots.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large ham and cheese sandwich. It was delicious!
