Awful we sat in the Drive thru 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There was only one car ahead of us. We ended up leaving. We live just up the road from this place and can say they will screw your order up 80% of the time. If you can place an order.

For a fast food joint, the staff is consistently friendly and the food consistently good. I've eaten at other Hardee's and other cities who did not fare as well. Our Ozark Hardee's gets my vote.

eight customers in the lobby are waiting for their order about 25 minutes. and then order tables with totally wrong? the workers shout at each other as if they were related to a drunk cook.

This restaurant has the most slow service I've ever experienced! Unless the Asian woman is working, it's best to avoid going there.

The restaurant is very clean with nice, sanitized tables that are cleaned after each customer. The staff is very friendly.

if they have over 20 minutes to wash in the alabama sun in their car, after a rude cash. then this is the place for them.

I got food poisoning from this restaurant three out of the five times I dined there. I would not recommend eating here.
