The young manager gal, (Chasidy, I think this is the spelling), which normally opens the business makes an amazing job! She should run her own store now. I've seen her there for years and she always jumps around various positions that fill the gaps that the crew can have. I recommend Hardees! Best customer service. Always friendly and has a great environment. You have an older woman worker who speaks to every customer and everyone feels welcome. I think her name is Mary!
I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger meal with a lightly iced sweet tea and fries. The fries were hard, the tea tasted awful and the cup wasn’t filled properly, and the burgers didn’t taste good and were very messy. My daughter and I both had the same meal. Additionally, the staff wasn’t very friendly.
I visited Hardee's in Jonesborough and received outstanding service from a new employee named Tony. Despite the restaurant being busy, he remained polite and went above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate his excellent customer care.
The chicken sandwich was fantastic! There were some issues with the soda machine, but the sweet tea was excellent. I really enjoyed seeing the classic cars and hot rods that come together on Friday nights. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff was incredibly friendly! My food was served hot and fresh. I couldn't have asked for a better meal from a fast food place. The breakfast is excellent!
This is the worst place to eat in jonesboro. They frequently get orders wrong or unable to take an order. Good luck with a special order.?
Chicken tenders are delightful and fresh. Didnt appreciate the burgers this time. A little bit soggy with the ketchup on kids meal.
