Not sure if the person who took the order was new, but was very long waiting. I have been pleasant to window person, we really enjoyed our food, warm, fries well, burgers from the chain well. I had stopped going to Hardee, since order was always wrong and people rude, but this hardee was great.
I placed an order, but when it arrived, I noticed that a burger and a chocolate milk were missing. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they were incredibly nice about it. They resolved the issue promptly and even added some extra items for the kids. Thank you so much, Hardee's!
The restaurant offers a wide variety of high-quality food choices. The staff is acceptable, but their service can vary depending on the day of the week. The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and I have no complaints. By the way, their milkshakes are absolutely to die for!
I ordered one large and two medium hash browns, but they all turned out to be the same size and were only half full when they arrived. When I opened the bag, there was syrup everywhere. Neither of the syrup packets had leaked, so I’m not sure how everything got covered in it. Reserva una mesa ahora
The person who took my order was quite rude, but the woman at the window was very polite. The food was excellent, which made it all worthwhile despite the attitude of the first employee.
I choose the sauce I want but for some reason I am always given the wrong sauce. Other then the sauce issue the food was really good the temperature of the food was just right.
the double cheeseburgers are always so burnt right around the edges they taste really good I just dont like the little edges of them otherwise it would be at 5 star
