As a truck driver, I often find myself stopping at fast food places during my travels, and I can usually expect poor service and mediocre food. However, I was happily surprised by my experience at this Hardee's. The two women working there were fantastic. Their service felt genuine, and they greeted me with smiles as they went about their tasks. I waited at the counter for at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged me, despite trying to get their attention multiple times. It felt like they didn't even care that I was there. Once we placed our order, it felt more like I was in a sit-down restaurant than a fast-food place; the service took forever. To top it off, the person at the counter attempted to hand off a side order through the drive-thru window. It's no wonder Hardee's locations are closing—this kind of service is unacceptable! We were there on 5/22/24. I placed a online order. Got there and was put in spot #2. I waited probably 20 mins. We saw 2 cars leave that got parked after us. I finally asked the worker when he gave food to the 3rd car where my food was, he said of sorry and brought it right out. It was all cold!!! This wasn't the first time. Please replace the parking lot. Parking: We go to this location every single day two or three times a day for soda in quesadillas and the parking lot has not been repaved since it was burger, Chef and Jeff in the 70s For the Love of God please pay the parking lot Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
