I am giving this restaurant one star because zero stars is not an option. I don't know when it started going downhill, but the employees need to be reminded to wash their hands. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of burgers, some wraps, and a ham sandwich, and ended up with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever experienced. My entire household got sick, and it was definitely the burgers that caused it as we were throwing up all night. Part of me wants a refund of $38, while another part just wants to warn others to eat there at their own risk, as we are not the only ones who have gotten food poisoning from Hardee's recently. Remember to wash your hands. Thank you.
My wife and I are here last weekend (September, 14th), and it made me miss when we had Hardee's in Missoula. The food was so delicious! I had the 1/3 lb. Bacon cheeseburger and man was it mouth watering. The beef was Cooked to perfection, and was super juicy! The buns were soft, and had an awesome sweet taste to them. My wife got the chicken sandwich, and she let me have a bite ?. The chicken was juicy and crispy; just the way it should be. The person who helped us that night at the drive thru was really nice and polite. He was very professional at his job! Oh, and I really love their fries!
The woman working the drive-thru took my friend's debit card out of sight for an excessive amount of time, causing him to worry about potential misuse. I took a photo of her for documentation. Additionally, the curly fries fell on the floor of the car. When we went inside to get new fries, they unexpectedly called the police. We had done nothing to provoke this response, and I believe there are problems with the management of this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant and I wish future customers good luck.
I am giving an average rating because of the inconsistency of the food at this restaurant. When they get it right, it's really good. However, half the time I visit, the food is overcooked or there is an issue with the order. Unlike McDonald's, which is consistently the same every time. When Hardee's gets it right, it definitely beats McDonald's. Overall, it's like a gamble when dining here.

I'm not a big fan of Hardee's. The staff member was friendly, and the burger was exceptionally charcoal grilled. However, the fries were soggy, like they had been sitting out for too long. The recipe for the fries and deep-fried chicken tenders I ordered just didn't measure up to McDonald's or KFC. I don't fault the employees at this location, but the food didn't quite hit the mark for me.
This fast food restaurant used to be a good choice, but not anymore. I recently went for breakfast and it was a disappointing experience. The biscuits, which they are known for, were not cooked all the way through and were inedible. The staff member assisting me seemed disinterested and provided very poor service. I suggest finding another restaurant that puts in more effort.
They ask if you want to try the spicy western burger and then when you drive off it's just a regular western burger. And how do they fix it when the only thing is drive thru and the doors are locked and no one answers the phone. 2 times they messed my order up. They ask you want to try the new menu item charge you for it and give you the basic menu items.
Worst service of any fast food store in town. Nothing worth ever going back for, but ,certainly plenty to keep you from going back at all EVER!
