This is the SLOWEST Hardee’s I have ever been in. We waited 20 minutes for a TO GO order. The employees were super slow and looked like they really didn’t care to go any faster. I approached who I think was the manager and told her I had to go and I was still waiting on my order which was only one small sandwich. She said “I don’t know what their problem is today, they are just slow.” If she was the manager she should have done something about it. I told a guy in line he should probably to elsewhere if he was in a hurry, he said they were always slow. Needless to say this will be the last time we stop at this Hardee’s. I don’t mind waiting when people are busy and trying to get the food out...
The staff here are absolutely delightful, always wearing big smiles and never rushing you. While we were waiting for our food, I mentioned I was having a bit of a rough day. Out of nowhere, one of the servers brought me a simple glass of orange juice and said it was on her, wishing me a better day. I truly believe the world could use more of these kind gestures. It's refreshing to see people who care about others rather than just focusing on themselves. I will definitely be returning!
Here's my personal review: when it comes to fast food restaurants in Mayfield, I would definitely rate this one 5 stars based on my experiences. I usually visit during breakfast hours, but I've also tried their lunch meals and burgers. The service has always been quick, even when there are long lines. The food has consistently been hot and delicious. The employees are clear and friendly, both over the speaker and at the window.
This is definitely the best breakfast in town for the price. The sausage gravy and biscuits are exceptional. The team here, including Andrea, Suzanne, Tiffany, and Sean, really knows how to do a great job.

Fast food. Overpriced for the quality. I can get a better sit down meal for less expense at one of the local restaurants.
