Hardee's - Reservar una mesa

My boyfriend came through the drive through ordered for himself my sister and I then got home realized he didn’t get any of my food, went to check the receipt and it was the wrong receipt in the bag saying he had ordered some cinnamon rolls and other things. I told him to go ahead and eat what he got so his food wasn’t cold by the time he got back and to just take that receipt and show them the bank statement on his phone and let them know they forgot the large hashbrown and my chicken biscuit. We’ll be gets there and the workers were meddling about so he waited and waited to let somone know and when the woman finally comes to talk to him she tells him well we can’t find a charge for that amount you’re saying you paid and since you don’t have the receipt we can’t do anything about it. I just don’t understand how he ended up with somone else’s receipt and missing multiple items and shows you his actual bank statement and you tell him oh sorry nothing to be done about it. He ended up just buying me another meal but I’m sorry I’m sure it’s crazy in there as it’s a Sunday but to mess up someone’s order and they show you proof of purchase I feel like they should have just done something about it.

Fri 9am. 20 mile round trip. Ordered 1 sausage biscuit and 4 plain biscuits. $10 change. Got home the sausage biscuit had egg cheese on it and smashed flat, falling apart. Of the 4 biscuits, 1 was plain unbroken but flat. The other 3 had been opened and buttered and were mashed and crumbling apart. They were definitely not up to Hardee's standards. Plus, the order wasn't correct. Next time I want biscuits, I have choices within same distance and will go to Jack's, Bojangles, or Cracker Barrel, Hardee's Chickamauga or Lafayette, all have better biscuits. Or maybe even Wanda's in Rock Springs where I can get a full breakfast for less than $10!

Hardee's is Hardee's. No need for a food review. My daughter happens to love their bfast platters so we stopped by while we were in the area travelling and the food was fine she says but the service was not good. Idk if the staff that took the order and working the window was the same employee but either way both areas of contact left plenty to desired. No friendly tone, no pleasantry, it was obvious the employees could care less about customer service. I'm glad this isn't my local Hardee's.

Monster burger meal. Tasted good and filled me up. Clean store and very friendly staff.
