I have been coming to this Hardee’s for over 3 to 4 years now and always enjoy the experience there. But today I was a little bothered and not understanding the policy. I usually order in the morning one of your breakfast platters a drink and I usually get a cup of hot water, today I was told that I would have to pay 2.65 for the cup if I wanted some hot water, which I’ve never been charged for before. Lobby is closed, though they don't tell you that anywhere. They just keep the doors permanently locked throughout all times of the day. Typical long line for drive-thru, and their system went down while I was waiting for my food making the wait even longer. Order was correct, but the food was barely warm.
my order was wrong but I had just come from blood work and was starving so I got sausage egg cheese biscuit meal and a country ham biscuit but the country ham never made it to me. the food was amazing by the way thank you

Came for National Beta Convention, ordered food to be ready at a certain time…food was ready when we got there and staff was above accommodating and super friendly!!! Great place to stop in while visiting Nashville!!!!
Service changes weekly. If there is a closed sign in the drive through, check any way. Recently renovated drive through. 3 stars as inconsistent. 60% of individuals are nice.
