Hardee’s - Reservar una mesa

I don’t normally do Negative reviews, but I’m making an exception this time due to the number of mistakes made by the crew. I placed an online order to pick up totaling better than $40, was told 10 minutes. Waited 20 before I went inside the store to pick up the prepaid order just to give extra time on a Saturday morning. Waited another 5-10 to overhear a conversation about the food already being made. Was informed it would be a few more minutes, but not told why. I deduced it was handed out the drive through window to someone else when a gentleman walked into the store with a bag informing the cashier that he had the wrong food. Before the crew could begin making any of the replacement food...

I should’ve known the minute I walked in, that I should’ve turned around, walked out and went to Arby’s instead. Staff was not attentive, more interested in having conversations with their co-workers than helping the customer. Cleanliness was non-existent and the chicken sandwiches tasted like they were made in 5 year old oil. Avoid this location.

Damn kids more worried about phone calls then service. Got entire order wrong. Was already home when we found out. Nothing ever changes, so thanks for reading.....NOW FIX THE ISSUE!!!Sorry about rambling, but it does no good to complain.

The foods good but the service from the manager was rude and he was rude to the employees, which made the atmosphere

I've never seen a fast food restaurant so slow waited in the drive thru 30 minutes....staff didn't care
