"This Hardee's is a great spot! The woman at the drive-thru is efficient and keeps everything moving quickly. Additionally, the quality of the food here is better than at other locations. For comparison, I would say the Hardee's at Haywood and the Indian River locations are similar but don’t quite match up to this one."

The staff were rude and inconsiderate. As soon as we entered, we were asked, “Do you know what you want?” When I responded, “Not yet, sorry,” she rolled her eyes and walked away from the register. A different young man then took our order, but after I paid, he didn’t provide a receipt or inform me that they would call me for pickup, nor did he ask me to step aside. He simply walked away. The Famous Star burger was cold, the lettuce was wilted, and it lacked flavor. We also didn’t receive the sauce we requested with our chicken tender order, and the dining area was dirty. The unpleasant attitude of the staff matched the overall poor experience at the restaurant.
