where you can smoke on the spot in... from the ashtrays to the tables, and several people smoked in. table to play cards, people mainly from the neighborhood and waitress very nice. Non-accessible in wheelchair because stairs to go back and stairs for toilets.

Very personable service. Everyone is welcome. Smokers and non-smokers. Very good home cooking. Has a separable hall for smaller gatherings.
